Vande Bharat are safest trains in India. Although fare is high but still it is lower then other alternative transport options so even if some routes are flop as of now, they become hit in future.

Soon General and Sleeper coaches will be occupied by lower and labour class and peoples who need to travel with family or single females travelers may not opt for traveling in non AC classes

Can't say now whether VB is the safest train or not. Let around 200 VB come out on track out of 475 nos as per PM, RB then we can see the condition and say if VB is safest or not, now it is too early to say.

Derailment, major accidents are different things but due to automatically door closing snatching, robbery, thefts, illegal travel, difficulties in boarding/deboarding in 2 minutes halt are also serious problems for middle class and Vande Bharat can rid of these easily

If they get successful in running 475 vbs then that's absolutely will be a record as i think even if we add up all premium trains of ir raj, shatabdi i don't think it will be more than 200-300 so

One thing I don't get why are they not replacing existing Shatabdi, Duronto and Rajdhani (When sleeper VBE comes out) with these? Where are the tracks to run these 475 trains? Inevitably the brunt of this will be borne by existing trains which will run 5-6 hrs late

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
