WR has not just raised track MPS but implemented it's impact on train's schedule which is awaited or partially implemented in NCR/ECR etc. Even with 130 MPS there exist chosen few to have schedule at par (Only VB in NCR).
Further WR use to have blockade at BRC (AC/DC Switch) which reduced 30 minutes WTT. But all this has nothing to do with Rake Standardisation which is:
