Are sirji beggar aur illegal vendors , maveshi yeh saab beech mein kahan se aa gaya .....jab ki Railway Operating ratio ka upar baat chal raha hai...kuch bhi bolna hai kya aapko..... yeh saab ulta sidha out of topic baat karke aap blog ko derail maat kariye......
Fares increase yes. It is time to attack that class which has no escape. Premium trains have already lost 2A section to flights and Shatabdi to Volvo. Take any train and max. coaches are Sleeper class. Increase SL fare while keeping 3A constant. Increase 3A coaches by reducing SL in order to maximize 3A occupancy. Increased fares wud reduce SL & 3A gap that might push some passengers automatically to 3A.
Tax payer only 3% approx of total population .
