Yes we must believe PR by SER.
We can hope that another howrah-ranchi intercity via asansol may run by separate rake and TT. For that wait for new TT. But in a hurry i think SER did 1 mistake due to which all these misunderstandings are created between the newspapers is SER did not changed the Train number. When the route is changed from via asansol to via adra new train should be given to this train to avoid this confusion.
But with this step of SER to not change the train number...

Ignore local newspapers, they are full of half baked truths and sell lies for money.
