Recently I traveled via this station means in Andal Sainthia route.I saw lots of development done by asansol division in last few years.
few years ago it was single line so there was a problem for running trains like passengers and goods,used to get maximum time.
Now it is doubled line,also the railways track are nice constructed that can give maximum speed upto 100kmph.

more... this was to notice there was few areas of speed restriction.THere wasnt any problem in getting signal too.
From Andal ,the electrification work is going on smoothly too.Upto Pandabeswar i noticed this.
I noticed Pandebeswar SSP like others stations too.
Hope rest will be completed soon.if it made electrified then connectivity between Malda or north nengal to industrial area of durgapur asansol ,adra,bankura will be smooth engough.
While on the other side Khana Sainthia Electification project just remain silent.Nothing such indication of work.
A small station after Siuri that have 4 plaftrom that have hardly 12 trains a days while Station like Rampurhat that have 110trains a day total just have 3platfroms.as a result maximum train failed to reach station in time.
Howrah Division development is not significntly compare to asansol division.
