Route, TT, etc. will be proposed by WR and sent to intermediate zones (WCR, NCR, NER) for approval......if all zones agree then only train will run....otherwise route change/slot change will be required in the zone which is not approving
Ok. If that's the case then politicians of MP should intervene. That's why they are elected.
to add to that , unless its very necessary they wont create any new slots ...they always try to put the train in existing vacant slots by mapping the connecting slots across zones as they dont have to plan the controlling and crew,loco allotment from fresh ..they will use the exisitng slots and its respective allotments..... if its a new daily, then they dont have option but to create a new slot but getting a daily trains is too low these days
