It will be 130 if CRS approved, else 110. High time IR dispenses with this age old system of CRS clearance. Waste of time. Any AC LHB should be automatically 130 cleared. Separate clearance for each train is illogical because train coaches are replaceable. So if some coaches of this HS is attached some day to a Rajdhani, it will run at 130 without separate clearance. So what is the point in making one train late just for sake of formality
