I don't say dat GT isn't aggressive. GT is also very aggressive given d amount of halts it has bt it also has slack at some points. Even Poorva has good slack in DN. UP me upto MGS, der is minimum of slack. 12303 has slack of atleast 20 mins bt its balanced by chain pulling in DNR div. Otherwise, it can reach till 19:10-19:15 at MGS. Bt this slack is useful for trns which f running wid minimum delays to get them back on tym. Bt jaha ECR/DNR n NCR/ALD jesa divs ho waha slack se koi lena dena nhi h.
One example: 12304 was rescheduled on Sunday ex NDLS. It crossed CAR @16:36 n arrived MGS @18:55 which is just 32 kms frm CAR. N NCR is really a very great zone. D fact is dat NCR/JHS doesn't delay trns at will bt NCR/ALD does. NCR/JHS treats d trns on merit while NCR/ALD treats d trns on VIP n political backing. Sad bt true. Otherwise, could hv seen a better scenario for these trns too. Trns lyk Poorva,VS, JSK, JSJ, Magadh, WBSK, NE, SDAH-AII, Senani, HWH-JU which r some of d best trns of d route r made to struggle in NCR resulting in d delays which dey r unable to cover.
