Sorry I had stopped posting in the middle. My battery was down and saved it to take few last pics.
Here are few pics and the best station of the line - Sultanpur which was brightly lit with lights and you can also see what looks like a goods shed.
Other pics include the longest bridge of the line - Kurukotta Bridge that I took in the day time. And the Khanapur Junction pics.

The train reached GR at 11 pm. There were many waiting there too for this train. As soon as it came people started clicking selfies and many climbed the buffers and took pics.
Those who travelled from the beginning and also from intermediate stations remained in the train to return back - as the DEMU had to return for starting from Bidar on Monday morning. Many from GR too boarded and bought tickets from TTEs and said would be returning by the morning trip back to GR. Everyone from Men, women and kids were that joyful, that they didn't mind doing the up and down trip at night.

The co-passengers I met through the trip were from far away places of HK region. One came from as far as Surapura. Then I later met one passenger who came all the way from Ballari. This was the first time I was seeing people travelling such far distance to just see a new railway line. Such was the happiness for the people of HK region for whom this was a red-letter day.
