I’d love to share this incident, all of us travell & Face the same problems always but they don't want to improve it at all.
It was 26 August 17, I had to board on the Train from Bandra Terminus to New Delhi. Almost everything setup, Tickets Confirmed, Schedule was ready. But I got a message about 6:50 Pm before the day of traveling, Stated that-“TRN 12925 SRC-BDTS ON 27/08/2017 has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. Inconvenience caused to Psgns is deeply regretted”. I was curious to know why this train has been cancelled so I called up to Railway equiry No. 139 to ask about that Cancellation. After so many times finally Call has been taken up.

She- Sir, I hope you get the message from Indian Railway. Train has been cancelled. Okay ?
Me- Seriously, is it the answer for my question? Again I asked about reason of cancellation.
She- Train has been cancelled thats what we got, we have no other information about this train So blah blah blahhhhhhhhhhhhh
Me- Thank you so much for ruining my day, schedule & time. I'm very thankful for Railway services.
I mean seriously this much information can get anybody from the Normal Train Apps. So why did we make this Shit called Railway Enquiry unit if they don't able to give the relevant answers. (Shocking & Shameful for our improved system)
I changed my Schedule & started feeling helpless for the Indian System. Who will improve it? When? & How?
I was about to sleep at 3:20 am & again got a another message from Indian Railway stated that- “TRAIN NO 12925 OF 27/08/2017 has been Restored & will leave BDTS at it's scheduled time i.e. 12:00 HRS. Inconvenience regretted.
At that time happy to see the message but sad for the another pessanger those are away far from Mumbai & will never reach on the time to board on the Train or maybe some of them has cancelled the the Train Tickets after the message of train cancellation.
Problem solved ?
I would suggest the Indian Railway that before doing anything, think thrice & see the possible ways to solve the problem. Maybe the Indian Railways Member didn't face the problems after Cancellation those have many ways to get another ticket for same route train.
