REDUCTION IN FREQUENCY OF HOWRAH-RANCHI SHATABDI EXPRESS
It has been decided that 12019/12020 Howrah-Ranchi Shatabdi Express which is presently running on diverted route via Dhanbad-Gomoh-Chandrapura will run five days in a week instead of existing six days w.e.f 29.07.17.
At present the train runs six days in a week (except Sunday). But w.e.f 29.07.17 the train will run five days in a week (except Saturday and Sunday)

Saturday is weekend and people travel on weekend but this train will not run on Sat/Sun.

Being a Shatabdi means less time than other trains whereas it is pitifully slow than most trains in the route it follows
