You won't see for sure...as long as RB won't give importance to this ghat...SWR is least bothered to consider about VSG...because that very own chat section is already being fully utilized ..and day by day its capacity is bring weakned which is forcing RB to decrease the capacity to 20 coaches ..
And regarding the goods traffic and the rake length...as there is no concept of 20 coach goods like a passenger train..they gave specification to run such lengthy goods with lesser loads ..

Do you think SWR can introduce train just like that without approval from RB ? It is RB who dictates terms to every zone depending on many factors..if RB is not interested to lose any goods traffic by intoeucing a passenger train..then why SWR will show interest..
This new train also came after a long and long an dprolonged fight by SCR ..even this was also not intended to go this way..but SCR made it possible with consistent appeals to RB ..
If there is a mechanism to ask RB directly why its allocating SWR money to strengthen these chat sections and introduce new trains ..then some improvement may happen..otherwise ..no point of discussing about this ghat section ...nothing will come out if we fight here...better fight with the RB for same intensity to see things happening in VSG favour ..
