work on Guntakal to penukonda also has kicked off and SCR had called tenders long ago for bridges and other stuff.. they are doing in two parts Guntakal-Kalluru-Dharmavaram

after GTL-SBC doubling, will SWR/SCR will start Shatabdi between Hyderabad & bangalore
(Ypr-Tk-already in place)TK-RDG(-Bay-Gtl already in place) new parallel route, will get complete before this entire doubling of GTL-DMM-YNK. This new route can also take load for north bound trains.
