No ! same trac(s) shall be used. At first the mast on this section shall be of high rise, but the OHE (cantilevers) shall be installed at normal height. By the time WDFC comes there, the height of OHE shall be increased. And in case of Rajpura-Patiala-Dhuri-Lehra Mohabat, it's going to have normal height mast and OHE, but while approaching Dhuri, the mast and OHE shall be gradually increasing in height in steps, and the modified pantograph shall adjust its height accordingly. Once the loco cross Dhuri, the pantograph shall lower to its normal position hydraulically by the pressure of OHE itself. This is how the panto adjust itself: watch this video :
