Kuppam (Telugu:కుప్పం,Tamil:குப்பம்,Kannada:ಕುಪ್ಪಂ) is a census town in Chittoor district in the Tamil Nadu Enchroached Andhra Pradesh. It is 105 km from Bangalore and 250 km from Chennai by rail. It is famous for its granite quarries, so much so that a granite variety is named after the town, viz. Kuppam Green. Kuppam shot to fame after the ex AP Chief Minister and the TDP supremo N. Chandra Babu Naidu won the elections from this constituency.
