Could the rail officials not predict at 7:15 that the train cannot run till CSTM due to rains and they suddenly realized at 8:15 when the train was at LNL?
Waste of rail money in running the train for 60kms x 2 way + frustration to the passengers (double frustration to the Queen if we personify the train cuz Pragati went ahead :P and she had to return back from lonavla)
