For loco change only I've added the 10 min halt at BSL
The train will take WCAM3 till BSL (the way JBP GR and ALD Duronto take till ET) and then change the loco to a diesel
Moreover, can you tell me where is the slack required?

Better to add 30mnts in between CSTM-BSL and MGS-SDAH. However, green as of now.
Howrah Mail via Nagpur stops at Thane.
By the way, these trains skip TNA only because TNA station cannot handle the rush of passengers. A new long distance terminal like LTT at TNA is very much in view and the State Govt has earmarked land for it.
Thane City has a population of around 18 lacs or so without counting the nearby areas.
