Suvidha express is a old concept there is no benefit to cry about it high ticket prices now. It was started to provide only confirmed tickets no waiting list no rac tickets. In my opinion suvidha express should have some exclusive features if it's priced on a higher side like railway should include food in this ticket price, they can provide wifi services if someone is paying 9k.

There is a small IRCTC Comesum restaurant on Platform 1 when going west from the entry gate.
Also lots of restaurants and fast food joints are present just outside the station complex.
Upper Class Waiting Halls and general Waiting Halls are also there on Platform 1 and just like the food joints, ample number of hotels are there right outside the station

Durg Junction has Wifi facility but it is very difficult to use.

Speed thrills but kills getting true, is speeding of trains causing this type of incidents and is India still lying behind safety infrastructures for speed trains.

Speed is required simultaneously with safety. Increase the budget to improve safety.
No requirement for Entertainment devices or WIFI in stations. Install only necessary digit pieces of equipment for passenger safety and for Information to passengers.

Government busy in butifying stations to world class and built hotels, malls in stations. Busy in WIFI, Entertainment devices in stations. But neglecting the basics like safety of passengers, recruitment of employees in vacant posts, maintainance of coaches, tracks, signalling, etc.
I am not against increase in speed to 130kmph, 160kmph..but with proper infrastructure been developed before that.
Maintainance has to be in top priority to run high speed trains. Be it maintainance of coaches, engines, tracks, signalling, points, etc. All have to be properly maintained to run high speed trains...
