I recall even before VB's existence there was a demand for a BGP HWH morning departure train, not because to satisfy some MP's ego but for the demand of actual passengers. I acknowledge that Nishikant_dubey is doing things for his constituency but these are just to show off and not in a practical sense. Hope the 15-20 passengers who will be deboarding at the halts of Dubey ji will spend enough to have his constituency developed like Kolkata and Bhagalpur Munger.

Main yaad karta hoon, VB aane se pehle bhi BGP se HWH ke liye subah jaane wali train ki demand thi, woh bhi kisi MP ki ego ko satisfy karne ke liye nahin, balki passenger ki demand thi. Main maan ta hoon ki Nishikant_dubey apne constituency ke liye kaam kar rahe hain, lekin yeh sirf dikhawa hai, practical nahi. Umeed hai ki 15-20 passengers jo Dubey ji ke halts pe utarenge woh itna kharch karenge ki unki constituency Kolkata aur Bhagalpur Munger jaisi develop ho jaaye.

Nishikant Dubey's savage reply when a reporter asked why the BGP HWH VB is not originating from BGP in the morning:

20 coaches ke saath yeh VB chalana bad idea hai, 8 chair car rake kaafi hain. Is VB ka revenue almost poora NGP aur SC pe depend karta hai, main keh sakta hoon yeh flop hone wala hai. Is entire stretch pe, NGP aur SC ke alawa koi aur potential stop nahi hai jo big revenue generate kar sake, premium train ke liye. But main really wish yeh VB mujhe wrong prove kare.
