For getting enabled for adding regular trains, you need to be a TL Monitor.
To be a TL Monitor, you need to be a TL Editor first. Earn Rating scores (your current rating score is 2) and after earning 100 rating scores, you can edit TLs. TLs are basically train information edits. Existing TL monitors will verify your TL and stamp them as Confirm or Void or Fixit. Earn an ample amount of Confirm TLs (200-300) and after which you can ask the moderator to promote you to TL Monitor.

So a new day starts with another derailment. Another day of lost lives for no apparent reason. Seems like the government doesn't care a bit about people's lives. Incompetence at its peak.
