They've mentioned that NGP SC is flop because there are 20 coaches and there aren't enough pax. Hence, citing an example of the former INDB BPL VB's extension to NGP, they want a VB to run between NGP and NK, as it can help in boosting tourism to Triyambakeshwar Jyotirlinga.
