The India Meteorological Department (IMD) recorded the minimum temperature in Delhi at 8.3 degrees Celsius. The IMD predicts moderate fog in Delhi until January 26. Dense to very dense fog is expected in parts of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, and Uttar Pradesh until January 26.
