On Monday, when the Navtanwa-Durg Express (train number 18202) reached Bhilai Power House, passengers pulled the chain without justification. The Railway police apprehended the individuals, found most of them carrying tickets for Durg, and fined 24 passengers, arrested 16 under railway acts, and levied fines on 7 others.
