Chowta ka maanana hai ki MEMU rake, jiska acceleration aur deceleration fast hai, woh zyada tourists ko attract karega, economic development mein contribution karega, aur employment opportunities badhayega. Pashchima Karavali Railway Yatri Abhivriddhi Samithi aur Kukke Shree Subrahmanya-Mangaluru Railway Commuters’ Forum bhi extension ka support karte hain aur chahte hain ki train ko Subrahmanya Road par overnight stabling kiya jaaye, jisse Subrahmanya Road se Mangaluru Central ke liye subah jaldi train chalaai ja sake. Chowta ne suggest kiya hai ki subah jaldi service around 4 a.m. start ho sake, jo 6 a.m. tak Subrahmanya Road pahunch jaaye, aur return trip around 6.15 a.m. start ho, jo 9-9.15 a.m. tak Mangaluru Central pahunch jaaye.
