The Tanakpur special will depart from Tanakpur on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, while the Daurai special will run from Daurai on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The Lalkuan Rajkot Lalkuan summer special trains 05045 and 05046 will operate 13 times between July 7th and September 29th. The Lalkuan special will leave from Lalkuan every Sunday, and the Rajkot special will depart from Rajkot every Monday. The operation of train 09075 Mumbai Central Kathgodam Special has been extended until December 25th. The Kathgodam Mumbai Central special train 09076 will continue to operate until December 26th.

To reach the temple from Tanakpur, shared jeeps are available from the station, taking passengers to the foot of the temple. The final ascent to the temple is on foot.

Tanakpur, Uttarakhand, and draws a large number of devotees from districts like Mathura, Hathras, Agra, Etah, Kasganj, and Badaun. Currently, there is no regular train between Tanakpur and Kasganj. The existing Tanakpur-Mathura Junction special train runs five days a week. The 05451 Kasganj-Tanakpur special train will depart daily from Kasganj at 5:00 am and arrive at Badaun at 6:30 am, Bareilly Junction at 7:49 am, Bareilly City at 8:05 am, Izzatnagar at 8:20 am, Bhojipura at 8:50 am, Pilibhit at 10:05 am, and finally reach Tanakpur at 11:55 am.
