VB comes at a more logical time and is faster than this. Look at the TT for this train. Sure, the unreserved coaches will see passengers at this early morning as well, but I doubt if many people will really pay VB level fares for AC 3 tier in a train that is as slow as a passenger and which departs at 0420 hrs.
It is for Saharsa pax. Instead of extending the whole train , they are running upto GAYA in two parts utilizing the lieover time of 13227's rake at RJPB , First part 13227 SHC-RJPB & after 10 mins same rake will go as 03313 till GAYA .Passengers can't book direct ticket from Saharsa to Gaya but they can wait at RJPB for 10 mins & train will depart for Gaya
That makes sense, though pax would still need to book twice since they would be considered two separate trains, technically?
Yes but as we all know these trains mostly have GS pax & UR ticket can be booked from SHC itself
