work will cause several trains to be diverted via different routes: Varanasi-Jafrabad-Sultanpur-Lucknow or Varanasi-Jafrabad-Ayodhya Cantt-Lucknow, from September 12th to 22nd. Additionally, the Howrah-New Delhi Purva Express will be diverted via Gaya on specific dates between September 8th and 22nd. In the Bilaspur Division of the South East Central Railway, the third and fourth electrification section between Kharsia and Raigarh is being worked on, leading to cancellations of the Darbhanga-Secunderabad Express, Secunderabad-Darbhanga Express, and Bilaspur-Patna Express on specific dates between September 10th and 22nd. The South Eastern Railway is undertaking pre-non-interlocking, non-interlocking, and pre-pre-non-interlocking works for the Kharagpur-Adityapur third line project at Adityapur station in the Chakradharpur Division, causing Asansol-Tatanagar Memu Passenger and Passenger trains to terminate at Purulia from September 7th to 28th. Lastly, in the Adra Division of South Eastern Railway, from September 9th to 15th, Asansol-Purulia Memu will be partially terminated at Adra due to joint rolling block work.

Express service between Deoghar and Varanasi, starting on September 15th, will also pass through New Giridih and Koderma on its route to Varanasi. The proposed route for the Ranchi-Dumka Vande Bharat includes stops at Tatisilwai, Mesra, Barkakana, Hazaribagh Town, Koderma, New Giridih, Mahesh Munda, Jasidih, and Baidyanath Dham before reaching Dumka. The train is scheduled to depart from Ranchi at 5:00 AM, reaching Tatisilwai at 5:15 AM, Mesra at 5:23 AM, Barkakana at 6:15 AM, Hazaribagh Town at 7:10 AM, Koderma at 8:20 AM, New Giridih at 10:33 AM, and Mahesh Munda at 10:55 AM. Due to pre-non-interlocking and non-interlocking work on the Jasidih route of the South East Central Railway, four trains passing through Chhattisgarh will be canceled from September 10th to 22nd. The canceled trains include the Darbhanga-Secunderabad Express (train number 17008) on September 10th, 13th, 17th, and 20th.
