The railway administration has decided to run a pair of Vande Bharat Special Express trains between Lucknow and Chhapra via Varanasi, Surahmanpur, Ballia and Ghazipur City to ease the rush of passengers expected during the upcoming festive season. The reserved Vande Bharat Special Express train will operate between Lucknow and Chhapra for 13 trips from 25 October to 8 November 2024.

The Public Relations Officer, Varanasi, Ashok Kumar said that train No. 02270 Lucknow-Chhapra Vande Bharat Special Express train will depart from Lucknow at 14:15 hours on 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, 31 October, 01, 02, 03, 04, 06, 07 and 08 November 2024, depart from Sultanpur at 16:05/16:07 hours, arrive at Varanasi Jn at 18:20/18:25 hours, Ghazipur City at 19:33/19:35 hours, Ballia at 20:23/20:25 hours, Surahmanpur at 20:55/20:57 hours and reach Chhapra at 21:30 hours.

For the return journey, train No. 02269 Chhapra-Lucknow Vande Bharat Special Express will depart from Chhapra at 23:00 hours on 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, 31 October and 01, 02, 03, 04, 06, 07 and 08 November 2024, depart from Surahmanpur at 23:35/23:37 hours, arrive at Ballia at 00:05/00:07 hours the next day, Ghazipur City at 00:59/01:01 hours, Varanasi Jn at 02:30/02:35 hours, depart from Sultanpur at 04:48/04:50 hours and reach Lucknow at 06:30 hours.

This reserved train will have a 08-coach Vande Bharat rake.

Railways administration ne aage aane wale tyohaar ke mausam mein, yaatriyon ki hone wali aatirik bheed ko dhyan mein rakhte hue, bheed ko kam karne ke liye, yaatriyon ki maang par, Lucknow-Chhapra ke madhya ek jodi Vande Bharat special express, via Varanasi, Suremanpur, Ballia aur Ghazipur City chalane ka nirnay liya gaya hai. Reserved Vande Bharat special express gaadi ka sanchalan Lucknow tatha Chhapra se 25 October se 8 November 2024 tak 13 pheron ke liye kiya jayega.

Waapsi yaatra mein, gaadi san-02269 Chhapra-Lucknow Vande Bharat special express 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, 31 October aur 01, 02, 03, 04, 06, 07, 08 November, 2024 tak Chhapra se 23:00 baje prastahan kar Suremanpur se 23:35/23:37 baje, dusre din Ballia se 00:05/00:07 baje, Ghazipur City se 00:59/01:01 baje, Varanasi Jn 02:30/02:35 baje, Sultanpur se 04:48/04:50 baje chhutkar 06:30 baje Lucknow pahunchegi.
