If they dónt send proposal then surely the higher officer of kir division is totally mad....
So till November there will be two specials 05734 and 05736 for amritsar. I hope few specials will be given from Delhi side too.
Yes currently from delhi two specials are announced maybe they will announce more as rush from Delhi side is too much towards bihar.
