Yes ECR treats SER trains like that only. The purpose of that halt has most likely more to do with operational reasons (OT etc) rather than for the passengers!

What an awesome run in NCR and NR the most speed run by any SF in Delhi Ambala section as 199 km in 2hr 13 mine insane controlling by dli division Delhi being non NR train.Only Delhi division of NR is best in controlling rest all NR division is having worst controlling.
