Please reply anyone please 🙏 And either SR or SWR should run more trains towards Guwahati/Dibrugarh like Dibrugarh/Agartala- Coimbatore, Mangalore/Kochi - Dibrugarh/Agartala, YPR - Naharlagun etc

No chance. Running as AGTL BNC HS cancelled due to floods. Once that resumes it will stop.
Instead of SR or SWR running the same cant it be the other way round....NFR should run the same . At least the first step they should do is to make Vivek express daily ( DBRG-CAPE)
