True...Railway official inefficient hain..3rd & 4th Line Between DDU- BSB jaruri hai....Govmnt Budget de rahi hai but inse Kaam hi nahi ho paa raha hai.. Sabse jyada Jaruri hai Automatic Signalling lagaya jaay khaskar waise section jahan Bahut Traffic Load hai.

These are few section where Automatic Signalling much needed.
