Train will not run on 22/04 from KCVL. So, it is not available on IRCTC. It ran on 08/04 &15/04 and will run on 27/05& 03/06 as WR press release.
Train No. 09309 Kochuvelli - Indore Weekly Suvidha Special train will leave Kochuvelli at 11.00 hrs on every Friday and will reach Vasai Road the next day (Saturday) at 15.10 hrs and will reach Indore at 05.15hrs on third day (Sunday). This train will run on 08th & 15thof April, 27th of May and 03rd of June, 2016.

I gave in pg portal to increase the trips of this train in first week of may as well as last of April but got a reply that they were planning to introduce it into a a weekly express than special but konkan railway denied permission for run in ko.nkan
I doubt if that reply is factually correct. Konakn railway is hungry for any kind of traffic and they are unlikely to refuse any new trains. Just my hunch...
few days back a news article about kr said that traffic on kr was 175% of its design capacity.
Hungry or otherwise it is difficult to introduce anything new with that level of saturation.

Running new trains on KR is impossible now. Doubling has to be completed for any new services to be introduced.
