Sorry for the late response brother... even I'm also hoping that they don't get phased out... atleast they should plan it properly so that there won't be any clashes in the timings like the Chennai Mysuru VB and Shatabdi... fingers crossed brother..🤞🤞🤞
The Shatabdi express will be replaced by VB once 75 VB target is reached for Sitting class. RB will rake a decision and cap the age of 10- 15yrs of run and replace with VB
Let's wait and see as to what's gonna happen.... now there r talks regarding the 9th VB... before CSMT series, all of us, rather most of us thought it was confirmed that it would be HWH-PURI VB, but now we see that CSMT series is coming up and occupying the 9th and 10th place... so what can be think of this???

Don't compare Visakhapatnam SC VB with BBS VB. Later was given stops as intercity to get occupancy but failed to attract travellers and is running with 50% occupancy. Dts headquarters doesn't necessary need a halt it's running with good occupancy and another stoppage will eat Vizag quota.
If vande bharat have stop at district headquarters, then it is useful to go to main city in less duration of time. and im saying about dist headquarters only not other stations
Not needed, EE is already well connected to both VSKP & SC by a plethora of other trains...

Out of all districts VB covers only West Godavari dist has no halt, there is no need to go into loop line as train halts on main line at EE in both journeys, hardly it may increase journey time by 5-10 min by adding halt at EE.

In Visakhapatnam Vijayawada section PF 3 is on loop line and will take 10 minutes for the stoppage. After addition of samalkot stop the running time is adjusted and is taking 8.5hrs fully. Any additional OD stops will add running time which is already stretched for day time Vskp SC end to end traveller. If you take one stop per district then more will come as they are new districts
It won't take 10mins for VB to halt at PF3 at EE... it's not a curvy one..

Khammam is good boardings and de boardings and khammam is very important halt in telangana region dont cry on khammam ok even samalkot doesnot have halt first khammam halt is there from first run
Samalkot has better boarding and deboarding then Khammam and Warangal.
What ever bro telangana region deserve 2 halts as andhra got 3 and khammam is important halt than eluru and samalkot

It went into WL just now. Book it tonight itself before first chart. The number of travellers deboarding at Vijayawada is higher then the number of boarding but leftover seats are not available for booking after first chart and the system is showing not available daily for both towards Secunderabad and Visakhapatnam.
Yes you can board the train with general ticket and consult TTE and pay difference amount. But these days TTEs are not issuing paper ticket and putting the fare collected in their pocket. (Corruption).
Can people board VB with general ticket and pay the difference amount ? Its a premium train is that allowed ? In this can case we board any train with general ticket and pay the price difference and travel if seats are available ?
I when I travelled in Jan end a WL paper ticket traveller boarded our coach and travelled. (Looks like he took paper WL ticket intentionally to board the train). Even in charts its written as TTE in the section can book issue ticket. ( it is common for all trains). In many VB chart is being prepared at source station and many seats are available in between or last sections but not shown in booking so TTE may issue ticket by taking difference amount. Don't know whether there is any written instructions that GS tickets holders cannot board in the rule book.
