Express, 22534 Yashwantpur-Gorakhpur Express, 22531 Chhapra-Mathura Express, 12591 Gorakhpur-Yashwantpur Express, 22533 Gorakhpur-Yashwantpur Express, and 12521 Barauni-Ernakulam Express will also be rerouted. Meanwhile, a new MEMU Special train service has been introduced between Varanasi and Lucknow via Ayodhya. The 04217 Special MEMU train will depart from Varanasi at 6:25 AM daily, reaching Lucknow at 11:45 AM. The return train, 04218 MEMU Special, will depart from Lucknow at 4:30 PM, arriving in Varanasi at 9:50 PM. This service will operate until April 20th.

The 19053 Surat-Muzaffarpur Express will be canceled on April 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, and May 3rd and 10th. on 19th and 20th January, 12530 (Lucknow-Patna) on 19th and 20th January, 15069 (Gorakhpur-Aishbagh) from 17th to 22nd January, 15070 (Aishbagh-Gorakhpur) from 16th to 22nd January, 15113 (Gomtinagar-Chhapra Kacheri) from 16th to 22nd January, and 13114 (Chhapra Kacheri-Gomtinagar) from 15th to 22nd January. Additionally, the Gorakhpur-Panvel Express (15065) and Gorakhpur-Yeshwantpur Express (22533), both departing on January 15th, will be diverted via Budhwal-Sitapur-Aishbagh-Manaknagar-Kanpur Central, bypassing Barabanki and Lucknow. The Vande Bharat train running between Ayodhya Cantt and Anand Vihar New Delhi, which was previously canceled till January 15th, is now canceled until January 22nd. Faizabad-Lucknow passenger train is also canceled from January 16th to 22nd. The Saket Express and Lokmanya Tilak Superfast trains will operate from Sultanpur instead of Ayodhya.
