Brother SWR's best train has always been Rani Chennamma and not some Mail or KK. Golgumbaz also is much better than KK/Mail.
And yes I travelled by KK just 2days back only.

.if the was only travelling between SBC -mas -SBC both side .maintenance would have been.Top notch .
Era with ICf coaches ,SR toom extra care about this train 12657
.I travelled few times in 1 ac and AC2Lotbofvtimes in SL .in particular journey the bedshet did not arrive in coaches till 1050pm .

Warning memo Then Inquiry will be conducted .if I.o is not satisfied , suspension will range 6months -2years as per his judgement.ifrepeated offence is commited , csn be terminated from Job also .
Generally, there won't be any termination. They will make them unfit and downgrade will happen for operating staff. Might be going to some administration work based on qualification.
Yes downgrading will happen and if it repeatedl ,Suspension ,then Inquiry will be conducted .depending upon I.O recommendation ,Termination is. possible also .
In case of fatal accident ,court of inquiry will be conducted by concerned Com. of safety and he will decide on Quantum of punishment etc
During Suspension period half basic salary plus DA will be paid .if found not guilty ,balance salary ,other applicable payment will be given .or else he will be downgraded to other duties

Agree with this too. My primary statement was about no requirement of OTs, rest all can be arranged at the convenience of IR.
Did you had a chance to check with NCR officials the reason for not speeding up UP trains? Thanks in advance.
