I am writing to express some of my wishes and suggestions to you which can be beneficial to Railways.

2. Since INDB HBJ Double decker is running flop, a double decker can be introduced between BPL and NZM in reverse timing of Shatabdi. BINA JHS DAA GWL MRA AGC MTJ are intermediate stations which can give this train a better petronage. By this way we will get a successfull DD. If the train is maintained in HBJ Railway station, it do not require any new arrangement for maintanance as DD is maintained at HBJ already. The loco link used with DD can be used with this train.
3. Sir MP Rajya Rani is running DMO to BPL. It can be introduced from KTE with new timings ie 5.00. At present this train arrives BPL at 10:00. Just before it Vindhyachal arrives. Updowners use Vindhyachal instead of this so if timings of 22162 Rajya rani changes it wont affect too much. It can reach BINA at 09:30 and BPL at 11:45. In return too there is Vindhyachal just after 20 min of its Departure so it can leave BPL early. It can leave BPL at 16:30, reach BINA at 18:30 or so and terminate at KMZ at 23:00.
Sir, Katni is a Major Junction and one of the major towns of MP. If RR is extended to KTE then,
a) It will reduce the load on Rewanchal.
b) Katni will get a dedicated train for BPL.
c) DMO SGO BINA will still be served by the same train just timing will slightly differ.
4. Sir, 11447/11448 JBP HWH Shaktipunj Express runs for 26 Hours in entire journey. There are no major stations enroute except DHN which provide good catering. If a Pentry Car is introduced in this train it will be a good deal for passengers as well as railways.
