Several other trains, including 04655 (Garib Rath), 04017 (Summer Special), 18309 (Jammu Tawi), 12460 (Intercity Express), and 11077 (Jehlum Express) experienced delays of varying durations. Passengers are demanding solutions to alleviate the inconvenience caused by these delays, especially during the summer heat. trains passing through Bhopal are consistently delayed by 4 to 5 hours. These delays have resulted in passengers suffering from heat exhaustion, with approximately 60 people falling ill in the last month and a half. Sadly, a female passenger from Uttar Pradesh passed away on the Gorakhpur-Vadodara Express due to illness while travelling between Bina and Vidisha. The railway authorities attribute the delays to the ongoing farmer's protest, third line construction, and the operation of a large number of summer special trains, leading to heavy traffic congestion. They are working to ensure all trains run on time.
