Agree:Agree. Sachkhand may be rerouted
Once the electrification starts from End to End its likely train wont have reversal at Manmad junction as it will be rerouted via Ankai to enter Manmad from Mumbai side to continue towards Jalgaon Junction.

I think its having loco reversal just because the train need engine change anyway , If engine change is not there anymore I think it will stop reversal and go in round route.

Yes once it gets e loco from NED, it will enter Manmad from Mumbai End.
Slack as of now is for covering delay and accomodate engine change, that will also reduce.
