I have a family in my cabin and they have complained in Rail-madad app also but no help from anywhere.
In e-catering menus, boiled milk/warm water should be there for passengers I think.
Any other suggestions?

This is quite surprising..I don't understand what happened to PRS. I am observing from few months that I don't get my preferred berth even if there are more than 60-70 vacant berths.
Modi h to mumkin h...😂😂😂 all are set... now days nothing is like auto upgradation...
