Yes , if shaktipunj speeded up and extended to bhopal / HBJ then it will be good for the people .
Singrauli was in ER, became ECR & will be shifted to WCR. Indian Railways must make a NECR zone. North East Central Railway zone having its HQ at Ranchi.
