Sir, I might know why this problem is happening. As the new structure in this site has come, now apart from being an Admin, you have to be a part of Monitor sections as well. Almost all admins are by default a part of 4-6 Monitor Sections, where * means Admin, ^ means Monitor. Now, in order to make your self-confirmed TL updates, you have to be one of the TL Monitors. Now I don't know, in spite of being an Admin, why you are still not a TL Monitor (because you have * with you, but you don't have ^ with your name). It is very surprising to me. Kindly speak to Moderator about this. Until then even if you make any update in the TL, it will get waitlisted, before any TL Monitor approves that.

No maam, he can't. He doesn't have ^ sign with his name. Which means, even if he is an Admin, but he is not a part of Monitors till now, not even TL Monitors!!! That's very surprising to me. So far I have heard from Moderator, one has to be one of the TL Monitors in order to post self-confirmed TL updates.
