Yo, since the train's usually on time, you got a lot of time to kill at GTL station. Some peeps call it a snoozefest 'cause of the wait at GTL for linking up with Prashanti NIlayam. But don't trip, make good use of that time. Even if you take the long route, it's gonna take the same time, except instead of chilling, you'll be moving. Be smart and make it fun, ya feel me? Head over to the Chaitanya Theatre (it's lit) or any other spot for a movie or some entertainment. Watch a flick, grab dinner in town, then head back to the station to catch the train. We did that and caught the Telugu movie Shatamanam Bhavati. Check out our selfie at the theater (first pic). You can also grab a local auto to check out the popular Kasapuram Anjaneya Swamy temple (Hanuman Temple), it's about 14 kms away. Peep the second pic source for more deets. Or if you just wanna chill, kick it at the station or in your coach, catch some Z's or explore the station. Easy peasy.

Kuch log bore train bolte hain kyunki GTL mein Prashanti Nilayam ke sath wait karna padta hai, but no worries yaar - time ko wisely use karo. Chain route bhi wahi time leta hai, bas rukha hua nahi hota, chalne wala hota hai. Train ka faida uthao aur Chaitanya Theatre mein First show dekhne jao (Best in town) ya kisi aur theatre mein. Relax karo aur maza karo. Movie dekho, phir shahar mein dinner karo aur station jaake train mein baitho. Humne easily kiya tha aur Shatamanam Bhavati Telugu movie dekhi thi. Hamari selfie (First Pic) theatre mein attach hai. Tum bhi agar chaho to round trip auto book karke district famous, ancient Kasapuram Anjaneya Swamy temple (Hanuman Temple) ja sakte ho. 14 kms ek side. Explore karna ho to station ke andar ya apne coach mein rest karke enjoy karo.

Next time you hit up Guntakal Jn(GTL), check out the Kasapuram Anjaneya Swamy Temple. It's a dope spot dedicated to the powerful lord "Sri Anjaneya" (aka Maruti). It's not too far, only about 5-8 kMs from Guntakal Jn and you can hitch a ride with an auto from the station. Definitely worth a visit, homie.

Check out the ranking of train 11301 The Udyan Express compared to train 16501 ADI-YPR Express. 16501 departs Daund Junction at 15:10 (52 minutes after Udyan) and then gets passed by 16501 at SDB. It reaches GTL at 00:10 (42 minutes before Udyan). Udyan is seriously the worst when it comes to being on time, even with the extra time built in. CR/SWR is just robbing people by operating a terrible express train between CSTM and SBC.

Yo, there are 3 lifts on the FOB to take you to the right platforms. One lift is for platforms 1 and 2, another lift is for platforms 3 and 4, and the last lift is for platforms 5 and 6. Picture credit goes to me.
