Ticket counter is on platform 1 (Malkajgiri side platform) and next to main entrance, there is a Rythu bazaar, wholesale vegetable market. Bus stop is on the main road adjacent to Rythu bazaar where you can get buses towards Shamirpet and Secunderabad side.
From platform 2 side, you get buses/share autos towards Suchitra circle.
