It is a lot of hassle if you have to go to DEE by metro from NDLS especially with luggage.
NDLS-ISBT-Shastri park.
At ISBT you will have to go all the way from Basement to top floor, which itself is a pain.
then again look for a rick at shastri park if you are with luggage.

AC buses like 166 and 181 are equally comfortable and are readily avbl outside Pf-1.
Delhi Metro can be used to connect to ANVT.
Only 1 change at Rajiv Chowk is required.

How If I have to Catch ANVT-GHY NorthEast Express at Around 6 am Can i use Metro at Early morning From NDLS
Northeast express departs at 6:50 am.
Metro can be used as first metro from NDLS to Rajiv Chowk will leave around 5:15am.
First Metro from Rajiv Chowk to Anand Vihar (25 mins) will be available around 5:25 - 5:30 am.

hie plz note that nearest metro to DEE is Shastri NAGAR (not Shastri park). also if coming from NDLS one can go to Karol bagh n hire auto for around 50-60 Rs. to save time of going through red line

reaching NDLS from DEE to catch RAJ becomes tall task for unknown ppl at DEE..

My friend, you can take the same bus number in reverse if your destination station is mentioned as origin above.
And From DEE to ANVT you can take all metro route but it will require minimum couple of changeovers.

you can also take dtc route 0740 ( night service) from new delhi railway station pf 16 side (ajmeri gate side) if u want to go to anand vihar isbt . this route runs all night.
