Info is correct but even if u try to book rooms at midnight exactly, even then its almost impossible. Handfull of rooms.
i) One Helipad Outside Kkatra Railway Station is under Progress.As Expected it Will be inaugrated on 4th.This Helipad is may Be For The Pilgrims Visting maa Vaishno Devi !!

Looks like KTAR is completely ready for inauguration with all the amenities
It has been Opened...But For Some Days It is made remain Closed For Some Days As Preparations For the arrival of Mr.Modi Are Going on..It will be opening on 4.7.2014.
