Yeh new route recently launch hue Ernakulam se Bengaluru tak chalne wala Vande Bharat service mein join ho raha hai, jisse is train ki popularity India mein badhti ja rahi hai.

Shatabdi is kinda popular but condition of it before COVID was better than present.
Problems like Inadequate maintainace ( even though some coaches are old LHB), downgrade in food quality are mainly reported by people . But it is punctual & enjoys a good priority

Replacing Shatabdi with 16 car VB would be better imo. And a better departure time than Shatabdi, somewhere around 6-6.30 AM would be a good departure time from NJP.
