Rather than doing these thing railway should focus on their core tasks
In your brother, agree with your point of view, because at the station where they have wi-fi installed. There are no drinking water and there are no foot over bridges at these stations and at these stations the platform is less than the height of the railway. The railway should definitely work on it.
