After climbing 1001 steps, visitors reach the sanctum sanctorum where they can see Maa Sharda from a distance of 3 feet. The temple also offers a ropeway for convenient access. Aarti timings are at 5:30 AM, 12:00 PM, and 7:30 PM. Maa Sharda rests for an hour from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, during which the sanctum remains closed. Visitors can offer offerings like betel leaves, areca nuts, flags, and coconuts to Maa Sharda. Maihar is well-connected by road, rail, and air. The nearest airport is Prayagraj Airport (215.4 kilometers), followed by Jabalpur's Dumna Airport (162 kilometers). The construction of the Rewa Airport is underway, which will be just 62 kilometers away once completed. The Maihar railway station is 6 kilometers away from the temple. The temple is also accessible by ropeway.

Visitors main entrance se mandir tak wheelchair access ke saath jaa sakte hain. 1001 steps chadhne ke baad, visitors sanctum sanctorum tak pahunchte hain, jahaan se woh Maa Sharda ke darshan 3 feet ki duri se kar sakte hain. Mandir me ropeway bhi hai, jo convenient access provide karta hai. Aarti ka time 5:30 AM, 12:00 PM, aur 7:30 PM pe hai. Maa Sharda 12:00 PM se 1:00 PM tak ek ghante rest karti hain, is time mein sanctum band rehta hai. Visitors Maa Sharda ko offerings de sakte hain jaise paan, supari, dhwaja, aur nariyal. Maihar road, rail, aur air se connected hai. Sabse paas ka airport Prayagraj Airport (215.4 kilometer) hai, uske baad Jabalpur ka Dumna Airport (162 kilometer) hai. The work at Bir Singhpur station is scheduled to take place from October 3rd to October 11th. During this period, the Garib Rath and Nauthanwa Express, among 26 trains, were initially cancelled for 13 days, and the Barouni-Gondia Express was rerouted. Sixteen cancelled train trips have now been restored. The Narmada Express will operate according to its regular schedule from October 11th. Other trains, including the Indore-Bilaspur Narmada Express, Bilaspur-Bhopal Express, and Bhopal-Bilaspur Express, will also resume service on various dates in October. The Barouni-Gondia Express will continue to operate on an altered route from October 2nd to 10th, passing through Barouni-Katni-Jabalpur-Nainpur-Balaghat-Gondia. Similarly, the Gondia-Barouni Express will use the route Gondia-Balaghat-Nainpur-Jabalpur-Katni-Barouni during the same period.
