Junction at 11:05 am, then continued to Palakkad Town Railway Station at 11:25 am. In the return journey, the train reached Palakkad Junction at 11:50 am, left for Coimbatore at 12 pm, and arrived back at Coimbatore at 2:30 pm. The train consisted of four coaches, including two double-decker AC coaches. The launch of the Bengaluru-Coimbatore Uday Double-Decker Superfast Train is expected to alleviate train shortages on the electrified route and provide another Bengaluru service from Kerala. The official train timings are yet to be confirmed.

We'll be having many ideas for launch of trains like how we make these IMGs.... these IMGs r being made mainly for the benefit of pax.... but in the real scenario, that implementation step will take time.... by the time they think abt those kinds of "demanding" trains, it would have been washed out of our minds ki "no chance will that take place".....👍

I flagged most of the trains before this blog
RMM CBE and RMM PGT not at all restored. CBE TN ICE would have done awesome connectivity but rather they gave two VB to serve premium people. I dono what is the need to run UDAY and VB back to back to bangaluru. Atleast anti parallel direction would have been better. Not developing proper terminal facilities in Trichy, Mayiladuthurai, Sengottai, mettur dam, Pollachi and Coimbatore giving a huge infrastructure lagging to TN based trains. I dono Why they didnt improve tuticorin, palakkad, kollam, shoranur based pit lines. I highly feel SRR PGT terminal development is hugely lagging.Which on enforcement gives various RSA pattern to Kerala and Tamil Nadu as well as Mangalore...

can made to maintain KA cities trains where connectivity is very thin and demand is huge. Again they overloading MAQ MDU MAS CBE but others doesnt show much improvement. There should be broad plan to develop terminal infrastructure, rakes and new connectivity to make sure the demand of trains is met up till 2050 from now.

These moves are to show that VB is the fastest train. But in effect, all non VB trains are made to crawl. Already there are protests in Kerala on this matter.
